The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to:

Primary purposes:

  • Provide the services and/or products HyperSeguros offers, as well as carry out periodic evaluations of them in order to improve their quality.
  • Fulfill the obligations undertaken with clients.
  • Prepare and carry out the collection (billing) of the insurance and/or bond policy(ies).
  • Prepare and deliver the corresponding fiscal receipt(s).
  • Carry out the renewal of the respective policies.
  • Support and follow up in the event of a claim.
  • Inform you of any change regarding the policy.

Secondary purposes:

  • Inform you of new services and/or products related to what you have contracted with us.
  • Recruit and hire personnel, directly or indirectly, on behalf of HyperSeguros.
  • Identify the general public who enter HyperSeguros' premises (clients, visitors, and/or vendors), for security and surveillance purposes, as well as statistical purposes.
  • Handle and resolve clarifications and/or complaints, as well as statistical purposes.
  • Train HyperSeguros personnel, and carry out internal communications, printed or digital, to encourage their performance.

Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection to the Processing of Your Personal Data (ARCO Rights)
